 Management of diseases and injuries of the skeletal system in Paediatric patients |

Dear Colleague.In order to complete a survey, about the management of diseases and injuries, fractures etc, of the skeletal system in Paediatric patients, I would be very glad if you answer the following questions:
*Does General Paediatric Surgeons in your country perform this sort of pathology, or is done by: Paediatric Orthopaedic Surgeons, General Surgeonsor Adults Traumatologist /Orthopaedic Surgeons?
*Is Paediatric Orthopaedic Surgery included in Paediatric Surgery TrainingProgram?
*Who's taken care after children, with bone traumatic injuries in emergencies units: General Paediatrics Surgeons, Paediatrics Orthopaedics Surgeons or Adults Traumatologist/Orthopaedic Surgeons?
*How is organized care of bone traumatic injuries and emergencies, in Children's Hospitals in your country?

This is very interesting to compare different ways of diseases' management in different coutries!
Sometimes we discuss about pediatric fractures treatment: is there a field for ordinary Ortopaedic Surgeons or we need special Pediatric Orthopedists indeed?
My answers are:
*Does General Paediatric Surgeons in your country perform this sort of pathology, or is done by: Paediatric Orthopaedic Surgeons, General Surgeons or Adults Traumatologist /Orthopaedic Surgeons?

*Is Paediatric Orthopaedic Surgery included in Paediatric Surgery Training Program?
-- Yes, it is.
*Who's taken care after children, with bone traumatic injuries in emergencies units: General Paediatrics Surgeons, Paediatrics Orthopaedics Surgeons or Adults Traumatologist/Orthopaedic

-- Paediatrics Orthopaedics Surgeons
*How is organized care of bone traumatic injuries and emergencies, in Children's Hospitals in your country?
-- Not so bad. Paediatrics Orthopaedics Surgeons are scheduled on duties and provide care for children with trauma.
If it will be possible. please send me results of your survey!
