Dear Sirs, Here's a 25ys old man, who sustained this fracture 2 ys ago. He was operated on with a double approach, ilioinguinal and KL approach, but I don't know why was fixed only with a posterior recon plate. Reduction and ORIF of the acetabular gap (I think fixation of both columns) and THR with the headas bone graft. My question is: which are the tricks to reduce that fracture at 2ys? Osteotomies of pubic and ischiatic ramus are sufficient? Should I start with the KL or with the ilioinguinal approach (while making the osteotomies? What about the wide Letournel approach? Thanks in advance and best regards Marco Berlusconi Trauma Unit ICH Milan Italy < | >
