скорее я бы назвал это симптомами, а не ортопедическими проблемами :)

да, если поражена доминирующая кисть

Если больной жалуется на функциональную недостаточность кисти и хирург может больному помочь, то это - не просто симптом, а уже ортопедическая проблема.
По поводу поперечного свода кисти.
