[Ortho] Перелом бедра, через неделю после эндопротезир

A really long LCP will be necessary. 3 screws at the distalmost femur
engaging both cortices. 3 or 4 unicortical screws in the proximal part
just missing the prosthesis. The cement may pose some difficulty.
Cable technique I am not sure. Will be happy to see what was done
