Dear Vadim! Good surgeon must operate by any approach. Nine years this 
isn't forever. If you want to work with your new collective in first 
dont stand out. Bos this is bos anyway.
I am not see big difference for hip replacement from DLA or posterior. 
Now is fashion mini invasive (MIS) approach. I know surgeons wich use 
two approaches for replacement. Importance to do it good and anatomical.
Statisticaly posterior approach is more dangerous for dislocation. But 
is this not rule.
