Это если вправление и фикасауию проблели в ближайшее время. А если
таран был в вывихе несколько дней?

То есть сделать tibio-calcaneal fusion, зафиксировать гвоздем? Я так
понимаю, что это надо будет сделать вторым этапом, убрать цемент,
сформировать контактные поверхности, и зафиксировать. Это
подразумевается?
