Hello,
I would do a ORIF through an ilioinguinal approach with a long recon plate.
REduciton may not be difficult, you can apply intraop traction to the
head through a lateral pin in the neck and head of the femur to reduce
the fractures. Also the supra acetabular fracture needs to be fixed
through a iliac approach osteotomiisng the iliac crest and applying
any plate.
