Dear colleague! Thank you for very illustrated case.You have now infected malunion, that result of noncorrected fixation.I think is gross mistake fixation shaft ulna by 1/3 tubular plate.
Beside one of screw cross fractures  location. This isn't rigid fixation.
In the first I wood like to see elbow x-ray.
On the start we has Montegia fx.You mast be allow normal long of ulna.
In the firt step agresive debridment.Ater check that local sterility may to use three cortical bone graftings with LCP fixation or bone transport by Ilizarov bifocal method.Last option take more time,but elbow free.
I wood prefere this option.
