[Ortho] Periprosthetic fx dislocation after THR

Dear Michael Markushevich,
My opinion is: open reduction, estimation of stem stability and if stem 
would fixed, fixation of greate trochanter and proximal part of the 
femur. If stem is not stable - changed it, with the same procedure with 
fractures. I think that fixation of the greate trochanter is very 
important for joint stability.
