Good day colleague! Iam very happy that only one surgeon recomended 
immediately to do operation  even without CT.X-ray, that you sended,is 
bad quality.According to CT this is very difficult case.My opinnion in 
the first distraction by external fixator,prefere Ilizarov,for arrival 
by ligamentotaxis reduction of  gross displasement,rigid fixation of 
lateral malleolus.
After that under C-arm rentgen you can tray reduction of other fragments 
open or clouse method
Condition of soft  tissue is very mportant.Are you patient has ischemic 
changes? So ten days sometimes isn't enough,and you can get problemms 
with cloused operation wounds.
