Nicely executed surgery with good planning resulting in great looking
x-rays but not the best the way to deal with this fracture. Earlier
fracture was having slight translation with no angulation and no
instability, now ur fracture is distracted with potential instability
as your construct is not the best suited to this place, so more
likelihood of non union or complications.

Should have preferred a locking plate if at all u wanted to reoperate and
added copious bone graft.
