Actually any implant can be used - plate, ante- or retrograde nail,
ex-fix after acute correction. Preop planning is crucial.
No need to graft unless excessive periosteal stripping is presumed.

Acute correction of valgus at this level may result with foot
drop. So the safest way would be to apply external fixator, do
percutaneous osteotomy and perform gradual correction. When planned
alignment is reached, external fixator can be replaced with a locked
nail.
