Dear collegues good day! Very intresting  case
I am completely agree with Enes M Kanlis.Only I wood like to addition 3 variant. If you have problem with position acetabulum and take chose revision stem surgery my oppinion to use S-ROM or REEF stem wich done possible modular position neck. Nail is not good idea becouse concentration bending forse in point contact stem - tip of nail. I have expirience to use LCP wicth Dolls Maiels cable system. Good lack ! Michael.
