Ув.коллеги.
Поступил больной с патологическим переломом(метастаз)средней трети бедра.Первичная опухоль-ЛОР-органы.Думаем делать МОС интрамедулярным стержнем. Вопрос:делать закрыто или идти открыто с резекцией и укорочением кости?
