Absolutely, if wound is doing fine, I will perform a IM Rod in reconstruction mode for diaphysis and cervical neck fracture.

If not, I will do Cannulated screw for cervical neck fracture and keep the Ex Fix Frame.

Sure the problem is the femoral head, with a high risk for AVN, but we have to fix it.
