Hi! In this case we can see complecated fracture femoral neck, I think subcapital with comminution to midcervical area.About fracture shaft femur this very easy- intramedullary interlokking nail 
Ilizarov external fixation beutifull solution but is more damanded than rod . 
For  this case may be use Reconstraction Nail - TEN that posible fixation fracture neck and shaft 
Becouse very complecated case may be need open reduction of neck fracture. Very critically to explain to patient about very higt percent AVN femoral head in this type fracture.
In conclusion very typically cause.
Good lack to operation treatment
