I'm sorry, but radial digital nerve is injuried. Not so lucky...

Now range of active motions in IP joint is 20 degrees.

We have temptation to conservate this problem by transarticular fixation of thumb MP joint with two 2 mm wires implanted under skin, remove ex-fixator, mobilise CMP and IP joints and perform MP arthrodesis after motions rehabilitation.
 
May be, functional result will be better in this case, how do you think?
