[Ortho] ankle deformity

Dear Dr Wardak
According to clinical picture and x-rays, I think that your patient has next
problems- severe calcaneo-valgus deformity of the foot, shortening of his
leg, subtalar or ankle dislocation(?) and severe deformity of the distal end
of tibia and fibula. I such case the reasonable solution will be - pantalar
arthrodesis and lengthening of the leg.
