Владимир, надеюсь Вы понимаете, что применение этой техники ущербна для таких переломов предплечья. И это лишь попытка хоть как-то добиться жесткости для синтеза в условиях полного отсутствия адекватных фиксаторов. А сама идея применения двойных пластин найдена в статье "One - Third Tubular Hook Plate" (Oper Orthop Traumatol 2007 №3 Urban & Vogel). Dominik Heim, Karin Niederhauser.
Там где LCP пластинка не может быть применена из-за ее высокого ("толстого") профиля, авторы предложили накладывать одну 1\3 трубчатую пластину на другую, дабы увеличить жесткость конструкции. 
" .... We most frequently apply the modified 3,5-mm plate for malleolar fractures. Obviosly, smoller-dimension plates can also be modified to form a hook plate. This might be the case, for example, when treating Jones fractures at the fifth metatarsal (one-quoter tubular plate 2,7 mm) or avulsion fractures of the styloid process of the radius. 
3,5-mm plates that are "thicker" than the above-mentioned one-third tubular plates, e.g., the 3,5-DCP (dynamic compression plate), LC-DCP (limited contact dynamic compression plate) or LCP (locking compression plate), are not suitable for the hook-making procedure because of their thickness.
If a thicker plate is required, for example, for osteosynthesis of a multifragmentary fracture of the olecranon, then two one-third tubular plates can be plased on top of each other. The plate holes of the two plates must be carefully aligned...."
