[Ortho] Bowing of tibia

Hello Dr.Rudra,
thank you for presenting your case.
I would think about congenital tibial pseudoarthrosis - the treatment of pathology is complex and requires patient's and family compliance. I would consider resection of pathological focus and tibial fragment transport or fibular split graft transposition bridging the zone of tibial defect using Ilizarov frame.

  Patient is a 4 years old male child with bowing of the both legs. With inability to stand and walk properly.
   
  In the past there is history of delayed mile stones.
   
  Serum calcium, phosphorus and alkaline phosphatase are with in normal limits.
   
  X rays attached.
  Please help with further management plan.
