[Ortho] Bowing of tibia

Dear Evgueny sir
I also consider it as a " antero lateral bowing of tibia" which is associated with Pseudoarthrosis.

But, there is no fracture as such in our case. The bony continuity is well maintained.

Now, do u still think to do any surgery or we can wait with Orthosis?

Hello Dr.Rudra,
thank you for presenting your case.
I would think about congenital tibial pseudoarthrosis - the treatment of pathology is complex and requires patient's and family compliance. I would consider resection of pathological focus and tibial fragment transport or fibular split graft transposition bridging the zone of tibial defect using Ilizarov frame.

Kind Regards,
Dr. Evgueny Tchekashkine
