MRT - There is a ring enhancing multilobulated collection mainly within the left adductor
magnus muscle, this measures approximately 30 cm (CC) X 5cm (AP). The collection extends
superiorly into the pelvis and involves the left obturator internus muscle. There is
abnormal marrow signal within the posterior left acetabulum and inferior pubic ramus,
within the pubic ramus there appears to be an enhancing tract which may represent a cloaca. No
sinus tracts to the skin are seen. No definite abnormal signal is seen within the femur.
