as the first sign of Dupuytren’s disease producing a hard longitudinal 
band at the lateral surface of the finger. External pressure causes pain 
and paresthesias due to transmission of the pressure to the digital nerve.
	In some of these cases the diagnosis neuroma-in-continuity of the
