Страны - это очень обширные сущности, там много чего есть, в странах. А 
в ортопедо-травматологических клиниках типичная физиотерапия примерно

Эта самая  Intensive physiotherapy включала отнюдь не  электрофорез или 
лазер. Как пишут коллеги, проводили supervised intensive physiotherapy 
training during the first three months. During the first three weeks 
after operation this group was instructed to make exercises daily 
according to at written program including hip flexion, extension and 
abduction as soon as possible. Four to six weeks postoperatively the 
training program included water exercises two to three times a week. At 
seven to twelve weeks after surgery the rehabilitation program was 
extended with training on ergometer bicycle and defined active exercises 
in a gym with special emphasis to hip extension and abduction with the 
help of three weight loaded training machines.
