The Symposium will be held on 21st - 25th September 2014 in the Military  
University's Hospital, Lublin, Poland.

Working language of Symposium: English.

During registration will be paid:
Conference fee - 10 Euros
Banquet in HUZAR Hotel - approximately 44 Euros
Dinner in Dwor Anna - approximately 20 Euros

Participants will receive the the Programme and Certificate of Attendance.  
Abstracts of lectures will be published (electronic edition) in the  
Supplementum of the Journal "Locomotor System".

Registration Form should contain: Name with titles, Address, Phone, E-mail,  
indicate active or passive participation.

Abstract form with key words and structured text (try to provide  
objectives, methods, results and discussion).
Deadline for Abstract Submission was shifted to July 31, 2014.
