Help me with this patient, multifragmentary radial shaft fracture.

This patient has a fall of historia height whit outstretched hand and 
Wrist, the x rays shows a multifragmentary fracture of radial shaft, the 
Mar п° n problema is that this patient havent money for a locking 
compression plate, that is the optimal Surgical treatment for him, so he 
buy a dcp plate, can anyone help to choose the best aproach and 
treatment with this material.
