<p>The AOTEU Grant Writing Course offers the opportunity to acquire the knowledge and hands-on skills to write successful grant applications. Colleagues and faculty share their experiences in research and grant writing. <br>
The course includes a session with faculty that gives learners a unique opportunity to receive professional advice on their particular clinical study project.</p>
<p><strong>Learning objectives</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Describe the grant review process</li>
<li>Formulate a focused research question</li>
<li>Describe the different sections of a research grant application</li>
<li>Identify the preliminary data required to get a grant</li>
<li>Utilize appropriate search strategies to demonstrate your scholarship on the subject</li>
<li>Thoroughly describe the study design </li>
<li>Plan budget, material, methodology, and sample selection</li>
<li>Select the correct funding agency for your project</li>
</ul>
