Но а в книге на которую мы уже оба ссылались написано "Stransky [28] compared 200 mg daily of vitamin B6 to placebo. At 10 weeks, a symptom questionnaire and NCS were performed. Again, no statistically significant changes were noted for vitamin B6 over placebo." R. Luchetti, P. Amadio (Eds.) Имея клинику синдрома карпального канала, подтвержденную данными ЭНМГ и ультрасонографии, на мой взгляд трудно ошибиться."- Клиника (анамнез, провокационные тесты), а тем более ЭНМГ и особенно УЗИ обладают недостаточной специфичностью и чувствительностью при установлении точного диагноза синдрома канала запястья. Читал в статьях, что наиболее достоверным методом диагностики СКЗ является, не удивляйтесь, ОПЕРАЦИЯ.
